To ensure efficiency, you can scan or use a camera phone to send pictures of the front and back of your insurance card to info@resourceparkwaydental.com so we can save you time upon arrival. For patients without insurance, we have many payment options available.

We want to have accurate estimates of insurance benefits prior to your arrival so that you are in full control and are fully informed of every step of our process. We can not guarantee that you will be seen promptly if forms are not received by the deadline or the appointment was not confirmed.

Our treatment coordinators utilize a wide range of options such as Care Credit, CDF, all major Credit Cards, and we also give 5% discount to all patients paying by check or cash. Normally we let all patients split up payments into four monthly payments as a complimentary convenience, We really care about you as a patient and we want to minimize your financial inconveniences if you desire optimum oral health.
